Join the Leadership & Experiential Learning Department for Leadership Week’s Meal-packing Challenge – Monday, November 7th at 7:30pm-9pm in the College Ave MPR. We are aiming to package over 23,000 meals – what a great way to give back to our community and collect service hours in the process!

Who will be America’s next President? Join us at 7PM in the MPR of the College Avenue Student Center as the world watches in eager anticipation for the outcome of one of the most contested elections in our nation’s history!
Play Political Trivia, Who Said It, Electoral Map BINGO and pin the tail on the donkey/trunk on the elephant! Enjoy FREE food while weighing in on some of the most contested topics and policies during this presidential debate season. Take pictures with past U.S. presidents and enjoy live, multimedia updates as each states’ votes roll in our next POTUS!
Come to the Annual My Spoken Mark Open Mic and watch student poets and rappers ignite the audience with their spoken word pieces about how they are challenging the status quo and the impact they want to leave on the world!

Michael Sam spends a night with Rutgers student sharing more about his experiences navigating life as an All-American NCAA athlete transitioning into the NFL as the first openly gay professional football player. This event, co-sponsored by RUPA, will offer you the chance to personally hear how Michael Sam views LGBT inclusion in sports and how he has overcome adversity in a difficult field.
Come celebrate Rutgers birthday and 250 years of diversity and perseverance as we partake in a storytelling event where some of your fellow peers will take to the stage to tell their story and a photo release from the Dear World Photo Shoots over the past few days will follow.

This year’s Real Talk Symposium, entitled “Should You Fake It Till You Make It?”, challenges you to consider how to express your true identity in the professional world and leave with strategies for how to navigate the political waters from the job search process onward. Advanced registration is required and closes on Wednesday, November 9th at 11:59PM ET. Food and materials will be provided to students in attendance. Come prepared to engage in some real talk to help you meet success in the future!
