The First-Year Fellowship Certificate Program features a curriculum designed for emerging leaders to cultivate their skills and abilities to become the next generation of leaders on campus and beyond! Fellows take advantage of the opportunity to participate in an 8-week, 1.5-credit leadership course in the Fall or Spring semester, in addition to being exposed to greater involvement opportunities at Rutgers!

The Mark Leadership Conference hosted by the department of Leadership & Experiential Learning is here to inspire action among students and encourage them to think critically about the “mark” they will leave on the world around them. Developing students’ competencies in peer leadership and effective influence, this series prepares the Peer Leadership Mentors (PLMs) to properly represent, advocate, and lead their peers. The Leadership Ambassador Outreach Team gives you the opportunity to represent our department as the face of leadership at different events on campus. This low-commitment position is a great way to jump start your involvement with leadership at Rutgers. By becoming a Leadership Ambassador, you get experience public speaking, marketing, and outreach.
