The Discovery Program is designed to help incoming first-year and transfer students build an instant and sustainable community of like-minded friends to help ease the transition into college life at one of the largest institutions in the country. The Rutgers community is very large, the program helps to make it feel more like home by providing opportunities for new friendships with other incoming students and current Rutgers Leaders.
